This California Privacy Policy supplements the information contained in our primary Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and any amendments thereto.

Faith Based Debt Assistance does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation. However, we do “share” or “disclose” information for a business purpose.

In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed identifiers and financial information to Debt Relief Providers and Financial Counselors within our network to fulfill your request for assistance.

  • You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell.
  • You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (such as completing a transaction or complying with a legal obligation).
  • While we do not "sell" data in the traditional sense, you have the right to direct us not to share your information with third parties for cross-contextual advertising.
  • We will not discriminate against you (e.g., charging different prices or providing a different level of service) for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
